Our Ethical Promise

We hope it's obvious that we are passionate about mental health. We want everyone to be living their happiest, most fulfilled life. So, it would be hugely hypocritical of us to use exploitative practices in the production of our products.

That is why we only use manufacturers who have been certified by international federations of working standards such as SEDEX, WRAP, ISO and Amfori. To be certified by one of these organisations, manufacturers have to meet certain criteria. These include, but are not limited to: providing employer liability insurance, appropriate working hours, suitable and fair pay, and safe working conditions. 

 

Our Sustainable Promise

Don't think we've forgotten about the planet. We are doing out best to minimise our impact on the environment and care for it as much as we can. 

We try, and will keep trying, to source products from as close to home as we can. At present, our products are embroidered in the UK but produced overseas. This is an area we are keen to improve as our company grows. We pack all orders in recyclable cardboard boxes and biodegradable bags, fastened with recycled parcel tape.

We also plant a tree for every order placed via our sustainability partner, Ecologi.
