Of course fulfilling your purpose doesn’t just come down to physical goals but also achieving mental goals and having a fulfilling social life. Both of which I am always actively working towards.

I’d recommend starting to do things good for your health and soul, working out, get out into the mountains on a hike or find something you’re passionate about. Don’t wait on other people to do it with you just get out there and do it on your own!

For myself I felt even turning the news on TV or logging on social media was so negative and depressing so I avoid that as much as possible. Instead, I throw myself into the fresh air and countryside to explore this unbelievably beautiful country.
